• Small World

Joe Warring has plans for the world. He wants Christian churches in America to fellowship with believers in other denominations and cultures. Eventually, he wants this to lead to a spiritual revival.

  • Faith holds first Bible camp

Faith Presbyterian Church, organized just nine months ago, held its first Vacation Bible Camp last week.

10-year-olds studied creation, made puppets and animal masks, explored a cardboard “ark,” played on a slipping slide, made cupcakes for firefighters and built a fort with cardboard, sticks and rocks.

  • Belair UMC welcomes its new pastor

For only the second time in more than a century, Belair United Methodist Church will be pastored by a woman.

The Rev. Gayle Summey took over the pulpit June 22 as its first woman minister in almost 20 years. Patty Parrish served as pastor in 1989.

“I told them [the congregation] ‘Don’t worry. God has called me to this place, and God won’t let us fail,” Summey said.

She said that everyone has been kind and welcoming, helping her learn the area.

    so many different denominations

    or so many false preachers

    and teachers that they are

    the reason for this confusion?

    Satan has perverted the word

    of God, called his ministers

and put them in our houses of

worship to teach and preach a

    perverted gospel. Read II Corinthians
