ILHS to host Nov. 9 playoff

By Lee McManus

On a chilly Thursday night, a cold, hard fact hit Region IV-AAA – the Indian Land Warriors are in the playoffs as a host team.
The struggling Fairfield Central High School Griffins battled Indian Land, which was coming off its big 20-14 overtime win against No. 6 Camden last week.
The 5-5 Warriors survived in the end, 13-7, but not before getting all it could handle from the feisty Griffins of Winnsboro.
The Warriors put together their best, longest drive of the season behind Jiquese Tinsley.
