By Kayla Vaughn

USC Lancaster art students showed off their work during a public art reception May 6 in Founders Hall, with one local student praised by her teacher for her award-winning talent.

Watercolor professor Dianne Mahaffee, who has been with the school since 2000, said Lothers’ work was exceptional and deserved recognition.
