There's still time to register for school

It's not too late to register your child for school in Lancaster County School District.


Here's what you need to know by school level for Indina Land and Van Wyck area schools.

Only students new to the district and kindergartners need to register 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. Monday-Thursday at Harrisburg, Indian Land and Van Wyck elementary schools. VWES students should register in the media center at ILES. Teacher assignments will be emailed to returning students Aug. 10.

New students may register in person 8 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. Monday-Thursday at Indiand Middle School. You can also complete registration online at https://secure.infosnap.com/family. Schedule pick-up for all grades is 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. Aug. 14, or it can be printed from Power- School using the Parent Portal.

New students may pick up registration forms or bring completed registration forms 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Thursday. The school counseling office began registering new students last week. The PowerSchool portal is now open to view schedules. If you do not have access to PowerSchool, schedules may be picked up at the school.
