Family Fishing Clinic May 19 in Sun City
A free Family Fishing Clinic is 1-4 p.m. May 19 at Grandparents’ Park at the intersection of Del Webb Boulevard and Kingfisher Drive in Sun City Carolina Lakes.
Instructors are SCCL Sport Fishing Club volunteers, trained by the S.C. Department of Natural Resources. The clinic will introduce the basics of fishing. Bait, rods and reels, and tackle will be provided.

Rotary 5K Race for Charity May 19
The Lancaster Rotary Club and Lancaster Runs will host the 5K Race for Charity May 19 at the Lancaster High School track, 617 Normandy Road. The Tot Trot is at 7:45 a.m., with the 5K run and walk at 8 a.m.
Proceeds benefit local charities and Lancaster Rotary projects. The course is managed by Racing Toes.

LHS volleyball clinic May 21-22
Lancaster High School volleyball team will hold its seventh annual fundamental volleyball clinic for girls and boys in grades 2-8. The cost is $30. The clinic is 4:30-6:30 p.m. May 21-22 in the LHS gym. Register on or before May 21. ILHS youth baseball camp June 25-29
The annual Indian Land High School Warriors youth baseball camp is 9 a.m.- noon June 25-29 at the ILHS baseball field. The camp is open to ages 6-12. The fee is $60. For details, call coach Joey Robinson at (803) 547-7571.
