Rodman leads IL track awards

Davis named Warriors’ MVP

Indian Land High School star distance runner Kaitlyn Rodman led the ILHS track awards for the 2017 season.
Rodman, a freshman, paced the Lady Warriors’ honors, earning the girls team MVP.
Rodman highlighted her season by winning the Class AAA girls 1600-meter state championship with an ILHS school record 5:16.90. In the Class AAA meet at Spring Valley High School in Pontiac. Rodman also smashed the school record with a third-place finish in the 3200-meter run with an 11:44.10 showing. She posted a sixth-place effort in the girls 800-meter run in 2:32.86.
