Faith hosts mobile pantry June 21

Faith Presbyterian Church of Indian Land is sponsoring a Second Harvest Mobile Food Pantry on Friday, June 21. The pantry truck will be located in the parking lot of Faith Presbyterian Church, 7520 Charlotte Highway (U.S. 521) at the intersection of Van Wyck Road.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., and the distribution of food should begin at about 9 a.m.
Food is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, until it is gone. Recipients must meet the income eligibility guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
An acceptable form of ID is required at the time of registration.
This distribution is open to all in need in our communities.
This will be the second of four mobile pantries that Faith will host this year. Additional dates will be Sept. 30 and Nov. 22.
Faith Presbyterian Church is one of 29 churches that conduct mobile food pantries in Lancaster and York county through their affiliation with Catawba Area Agency on Aging in Rock Hill.

Belair UMC food pantry
Belair United Methodist Church, 8095 Shelley Mullis Road, Indian Land, continues to operate a food pantry for Indian Land residents twice a month. Donations of food or cash may be dropped off at the Belair church office from  9 a.m.-noon Monday-Friday. Please continue to support this important ministry in Indian Land.
