Engagement: Stegall, Lail to wed in December

Paula Michele Stegall and Johnie Marcel Lail, both of Lancaster, announce their engagement.

Their wedding is planned for 7 p.m. Dec. 16 at Camp Creek United Methodist Church.
Miss Stegall is the daughter of Nathan and Linda Stegall of Heath Springs. She is the granddaughter of Estelle Cairnes of Heath Springs and the late Raymond Cairnes Sr., and the late Larry and Freida Stegall. She is a 1995 graduate of Lancaster High School. She has a bachelor’s degree in special education and master’s degrees in instructional accommodation and school counseling. She is a school counselor at A.R. Rucker Middle School.
Mr. Lail is the son of Mark and Risa Lail of Lancaster. He is the grandson of Phyllis Knight of Pineville and the late Johnie Knight, and Sadie Lail of Indian Land and the late Roby Lail. He is a 1996 graduate of Indian Land High School. He is a licensed plumbing contractor.
