Survey seeks info on food entrepreneurs

Have you ever thought that a recipe you have could make you money or being a caterer is your dream?
If so, The Catawba Regional Local Food Coalition and Clemson University invite you to participate in a research study to determine the feasibility of a food business incubator facility in this area.
This food business incubator could house a commercial kitchen, packing machinery, freezers, etc., plus warehouse space for you to rent as needed. By building this type of facility, one of the largest impediments to reaching your dream – the cost of equipment – would be removed.
Please complete the survey at http://www.clemson.edu/extension/community/survey.html, so the coalition can determine if a food business incubator is needed in this area.
